A large part of my time went towards helping teachers curate and display finished and in progress student work. Why should classroom walls host motivational posters or cursive alphabets? Students have so much to show, and parents want to see their children’s work. More importantly, this kind of endeavor is a first step towards creating “school culture” while also aligning with the aims of the International Baccalaureate.
